Privacy and Security by Design
Health data is special-category personal data under the GDPR. We design for that from the start: data minimisation, role-based access, encryption, audit logging of who viewed what, and hosting chosen to meet your requirements. Dutch care organisations often work under NEN 7510 for information security; we support that with documentation of how the software handles data. Certification itself remains your organisation's process.
Fitting Into Existing Systems

If the system offers an HL7 or FHIR interface or another API, usually yes. We check the available interfaces during the design phase.
How do you handle patient data?
With strict access per role, encryption, audit logging and data minimisation, designed with the GDPR in mind. We sign an NDA and a data processing agreement where required.
Do you build medical devices or diagnostic software?
Our focus is on operational and data software around care, such as integrations, planning, data tooling and reporting, not on software that is itself regulated as a medical device.
Do we own the source code?
You can. Ownership of the source code is set out in the contract, and the code can be fully yours, including documentation and tests.
